On Sunday I finally got to go to IKEA & buy the shelf I have been wanting. It had been out of stock for awhile. It only took me 30 minutes (on the dot) to put it together. I would say I felt proud of having put it together, but after assembling a dresser, this was a piece of cake!
On the mirror in my bathroom I always write quotes, song lyrics or scriptures that are inspirational to me. This is one of my favorites that I have added. It is great to read these words first thing in the morning when I am getting ready to begin my day.
Tuesday night was Sisters' Bible Study. We are doing an interesting study on Elijah & Elisha, although tonight I learned a lot about Obadiah!
Wednesday was a lesson at school about mining natural resources. My students learned a lot by "mining" the chocolate chips out of cookies!
I have recently started reading this book. Recommended (forced?) by my mother. Just kidding. She usually knows what types of books I like to read & we suggest books for each other that we liked a lot.
Friday night was one of the highlights of my week, bowling!! We had a group of friends (& family) from church, get together to go bowling. We are hoping to do this the first Friday night of each month. My high score for the night was 118! (May have been the high score of my life!)
Tonight I finally purchased my own Sun Pass. (Thanks to wonderful parents I haven't had to buy one yet!) I did try to go on to register this new Sun Pass, but found out I have to be deleted from my parents account first, oops! Guess registration will have to wait till tomorrow.Since it is technically Sunday (and this blog was supposed to be written Saturday!) I will sign off & head to bed. Need to teach bible class in the morning. Hope I don't fall asleep in class like some of the teen girls act like they might!

Hey there! I am actually here! :o) After getting DSL finally, I posted again on my blog because it is SOO much faster now. It's also faster to pull up other blogs so I've been going back through the ones I used to read and adding them to RSS feeds list. Anyway, that is why I am here, and I will try to stop by more often from now on. We sure loved being with you after Christmas and I miss you already! You have totally inspired me to keep cleaner house, though, so I have been working on that. Love you, girl!!

My mother-in-law gave me that book for Christmas. It's really good. Also, it's funny seeing your things from Ikea because I have them in my house as well. :)
