Here are some photos from last week.
On Monday, for a party my roommate & I had we made desserts for all the ladies that came. I made this yummy trifle. It is made with Jello Mousse, crushed up Oreos & mini marshmallows. Didn't know it was going to be so good when I made it! (Glad it wasn't all eaten at the party, 'cause I got to have leftovers during the week!)
Tuesday night I was invited to a Pampered Chef party. I had such a hard time trying to decide what to buy. The whole catalog wouldn't fit into my budget! I bought just a couple of things, but mostly enjoyed hanging out with the ladies & eating a delicious dinner we all helped to make.
Wednesday night - Fellowship meal was BBQ sandwiches (yum!) & then bible class. Love being with my church family on Wednesdays, Sundays & any other day of the week!
My wonderful 3rd grade team! Don't know what I would do if I didn't have them. We had these shirts made for our field day on Friday. The backs have our last name & the number 3 on them. Go 3rd grade!
Saturday, Karen & I went to Epcot since they were having the Flower & Garden Festival. It was so beautiful to walk around & fun to go on the rides. I love Disney!
